Advance your career
We speak your language
From graduate engineer to technical director, we know the Sydney firms, the disciplines, and what good looks like at every level.
We know the difference
Design side or delivery side, we already know the difference and why it matters.
Most roles never advertised
We work a mapped market. Worth a conversation before you start looking.
Nothing without your say-so
Your CV moves on your permission, role by role, every time.
First call to signed offer
A quick call
Where you are, and what would have to change for you to move.
We tell you the market
What you are worth, and which firms suit how you work.
Only roles that fit
If nothing makes sense right now, we will say so.
We stay in it
Through the counter offer, where most moves go wrong.
Know what you are worth
Most engineers benchmark against the last offer they saw, not the market. Contractor side pay sits well above consultancy at the same experience level.
Our 2026 benchmarks set out base salary by sector and level, so you can have the conversation with a number in front of you.
See The Benchmarks →Questions we get asked
Will you send my CV without telling me?
No. Your details go nowhere without your say-so, on each specific role, every time.
I am not actively looking. Is it worth a call?
Usually yes, and those are often the most useful conversations we have. Knowing what you are worth costs you fifteen minutes and commits you to nothing.
Do you cover contract as well as permanent?
Permanent appointments are the focus. If you have a genuine contract need we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Greater Sydney is the niche. If you are looking elsewhere in Australia, say so and we will either help or point you to someone who can.
What if I need sponsorship?
Tell us up front. We will be straight about which Sydney firms sponsor and which do not, rather than letting you find out at offer stage.
